As a dedicated Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate, I provide compassionate support and guidance to adults with anxiety and are stuck in patterns that hurt them. My focus is on creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore emotions, and overcome challenges, while teaching about how the mind works, why we do what we do and how to choose differently.
I am committed to helping you gain confidence, trust yourself, regulate emotions, and create the life that you want. I believe in the inherent worth and potential of everyone, and I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. With a genuine passion for helping others, I use evidence-based modalities that combines validation, compassion, and psychology which creates change.
Qualifications
I am Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate #4692 with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. I work under the supervision of Dr. Elizabeth Scheepers, MPCC-S, MTC, RCS, CPCA#3205; ACCT#2060
I have a Diploma of Professional Counselling and Youth & Family Support Worker Certificate from the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training. I am currently completing a BA in Psychology at Thompson River University with plans to complete a Masters in Counselling Psychology.

Through secure and confidential video conferencing, I can connect virtually, allowing you to engage in therapy wherever you are. Online sessions ensure that distance or busy schedules do not hinder your access to quality counselling services.

Each decorative element—from the soothing artwork on the walls to the carefully chosen books on the shelves—has been thoughtfully curated to inspire and nourish the mind. The counselling office at Nourish Wellness isn't just a physical location; it's a space where emotional and psychological wellness is nurtured, one compassionate conversation at a time.
