About Sydney
Hello! I’m Sydney
MPCC - P, She/Her
As a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional and Somatic & Art Therapist, I provide playful, personable, creative support and guidance to adults and youth 16+ with disabilities, chronic illness & conditions, brain injury, ADHD & autism. I create a space where you don't have to mask, explain yourself, or try to fit into someone else's idea of "normal." Together, we'll reclaim your personal identity, manage your symptoms, reduce stress, and build a stronger sense of community.
You don't have to become a different person to have a life that feels good. Together, we can work toward understanding yourself more deeply, embracing what makes you different, and creating a life that feels more authentically yours.
I work with clients 16 and older, with a particular focus on ADHD, autism, disabilities, chronic illness & conditions, and brain injury.

My Approach
Playful
I believe therapy doesn't always have to feel heavy or serious. I bring warmth, humour, and curiosity into the room to create space for exploration, connection, and moments of joy even when we're working through difficult things.
Personable
I want you to feel like you're talking to a real person, not sitting across from someone behind a professional wall. I build genuine relationships with my clients and create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or pressure.
Creative
Sometimes words aren't enough to express what you're experiencing. I use creative approaches, including therapeutic art and somatic work, to help you explore emotions, experiences, and parts of yourself in ways that feel natural and meaningful to you.
