About Paul
Hello! I’m Paul
RSW, He/him, They/them
As a Registered Social Worker and Dialectical Behavioural Therapist, I provide compassionate, practical, and grounded support to children, youth, adults, couples, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You may feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in patterns you don’t understand, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can offer a space to finally feel understood, supported, and less alone.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. My approach combines validation, compassion, and practicalness with evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based therapy. Together, we can better understand what is happening beneath the surface, build skills to manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
I offer a balance of compassion and practicality to help you regulate emotions, improve relationships, build confidence, and feel more in control of your life. Whether you’re supporting a child through big emotions, navigating challenges as a family or couple, or trying to understand yourself better as an adult, I’ll work alongside you to create meaningful and lasting change.
